Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Education, Our client operates preschool, kindergarten, and learning centre programmes nationwide

You will be directly involved in growth, operations, programme improvement, and team building.


Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Head of Education (Early Education)


What You'll Do:
1. Business Growth & Revenue Development

• Drive student enrolment growth across programmes and centres
• Execute student acquisition strategies (walk-ins, referrals, partnerships, outreach)
• Work closely with marketing to convert leads into enrolments Identify new growth opportunities (schools, communities, partnerships)

2. Operations Management (Hands-On)

• Oversee daily operations of education centres/programmes
• Ensure smooth class scheduling, staffing, and service delivery
• Resolve operational issues quickly (students, parents, staffing, logistics)
• Maintain strong student and parent experience standards

3. Programme Development & Quality Improvement

• Enhance existing education programmes to improve quality and competitiveness
• Develop new programme ideas based on market demand
• Work with academic team to ensure effective delivery and outcomes

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead centre and operations teams Set clear performance expectations and KPIs
• Coach and develop staff to improve execution quality
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership 5. Business Structure & Scaling
• Develop simple and effective SOPs and operational processes
• Standardise workflows across centres/programmes
• Build foundations for scalable multi-centre expansion
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5–10 years experience in early childhood education, enrichment centres, tuition centres, or education operations
• Currently a Centre Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Manager ready for next step
• Strong experience in growing enrolment and business performance
• Hands-on, execution-driven, not purely strategic Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Strong communication skills with parents, students, and team

Remuneration:

• RM8,000 - RM11,000
