Key accountabilities and responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy and Business Management

  • Develop mid- to long-term strategies, annual business plans, and budgets for the company’s e-commerce channels.
  • Formulate growth strategies based on market dynamics, platform rules, and the competitive landscape, and ensure effective execution.
  • Break down sales targets, monitor business performance, and ensure the achievement of revenue, profit, and market share goals.

Platform and Customer Management

  • Lead business cooperation and operational management across major e-commerce and pharmaceutical vertical platforms.
  • Expand and maintain relationships with key platform customers, driving annual framework agreements, resource acquisition, and joint business plan execution.
  • Manage major promotional campaigns, platform traffic resources, media investments, and sales performance during key commercial events.

Sales Operations and Data Management

  • Oversee product listing, pricing strategy, inventory coordination, promotional rhythm, and expense efficiency.
  • Build and optimize sales analytics systems to track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repurchase rate.
  • Continuously improve product mix, investment strategy, and operating efficiency based on data insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to drive key initiatives.
  • Coordinate critical processes including product launches, content review, promotional campaigns, and fulfillment support.
  • Strengthen collaboration between brand marketing and e-commerce conversion to improve consumer reach and sales performance.

Team Leadership and Organization Development

  • Build and lead the e-commerce sales and operations team, with clear roles, responsibilities, and performance objectives.
  • Coach and develop team capabilities in platform operations, data analysis, customer management, and project execution.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.

Compliance and Risk Control

  • Ensure e-commerce operations comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, platform rules, and internal company compliance requirements.
  • Identify and manage business risks related to pricing, promotional claims, campaign mechanisms, and customer cooperation.
  • Promote a strong compliance mindset and effective risk management practices within the team.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of major e-commerce platform operations, digital marketing tactics, and data analytics methodologies.
  • Strong capabilities in platform negotiation, customer management, business planning, and resource integration.
  • Solid understanding of traffic operations, conversion optimization, promotional planning, and expense management.
  • Strong results orientation and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment and travel when necessary
