Corporate Responsibility Communications is seeking a communications leader to drive CR’s digital strategy across the department, strengthening how we engage priority external stakeholders through owned channels and demonstrate thought leadership across business priorities and initiatives.
As the Head of Digital Strategy, Corporate Responsibility within Corporate Communications you will lead the development and execution of a cohesive digital strategy – including email marketing channels and web presence – that connects audiences with compelling content, insights, and impact stories. In addition, you will have direct and matrixed managerial responsibility and will work closely with the JPMC enterprise web team, technology partners, and external agencies, as well as partners across Corporate Responsibility, communications, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class digital experience. You will be a communications leader with deep digital expertise; strong editorial and audience instincts; the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, engaging digital experiences; and experience navigating a complex and matrixed organization and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
