Job Description

Head of Digital Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop and implement the overall consumer banking strategy for the country, in line with the bank's overall strategy and objectives
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities for consumer banking products and services
  • Oversee the development and launch of new consumer banking products and services in partnership with external partners
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive consumer demand for our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our products and services
  • Manage the P&L and achieve business KPIs for consumer banking products and services in partnership with external partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for consumer banking products and services, and use data to inform product and business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the consumer banking industry

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to consumer banking products and services
