The Head ofDigitalProduct will lead and motivate agrowingproduct organization responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and delivery ofdigitalproducts across Enterprise andCustomerFacingExperiencesatCanada Goose. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, this position manages the entire product portfolio spanning Enterprise Technology (ERP and core platforms), Ecommerce, Retail Systems, and Marketing Technology.
This leader is accountable for shaping and advancing a unified product strategy that integrates internal platforms withcustomerfacingexperiences, driving scalable growth, operational excellence,commercial impactandoutstanding omnichannel experiences. The ideal candidate is an accomplished productleaderwith extensive experience in retail or related sectors, strong enterprise technologyexpertise, and a proven record leading large product teams in aSAFe Agile environment.
WhatYou’llDo :
1. Strategic Product Leadership
Define and execute a unified product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Enterprise, Ecommerce, Retail Systems, and Marketing Technology.
Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure product strategy aligns with business priorities, growthobjectives, and transformation initiatives.
Balance customer experience, operational efficiency, andlongtermplatform scalability in product decisionmaking.
2. Portfolio & Domain Ownership
Own the product strategy across:
Enterprise Technology (ERP, finance, supply chain, core business platforms)
Ecommerce & Digital Experience
Retail Systems & Store Technology
Marketing Technology & Customer Data Platforms
Ensure strong alignment and integration across domains to deliver seamlessendtoendexperiences.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, and scale agrowingteam of Product Managers and Product Owners to achieve organizational goals.
Define product operating models, clarify roles, and create career paths.
Foster a culture of accountability, customer obsession, continuous improvement, and outcomedriven delivery.
4. Agile &SAFeExecution
Oversee product delivery within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Partner with Technology, Architecture, and Delivery leadership to ensure effective PI planning, backlog prioritization, and value realization.
Continuously evolve product practices to improve flow, predictability, and business impact.
5. Customer, Business & Market Insights
Leverage customer research, analytics, and market trends to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
Ensure customer and business outcomes are central to prioritization across all technology initiatives.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product direction.
6. StrongCrossFunctionalGlobalCollaboration
Workverycloselywith Engineering, Design, Retail, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data teams.
Lead crossfunctionalalignment forlargescaleinitiatives andenterprisewidetransformations.
Act as a key bridge between business strategy and technology execution.
7. Product Lifecycle & Investment Management
Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, optimization, and retirement.
Drive rigorous prioritization of initiatives to maximize ROI and strategic value.
Establish clear success metrics and ensure outcomes are measured and communicated.
8. Change Leadership & Communication
Lead change across the organization by clearly articulating product vision, priorities, and progress.
Drive adoption of new platforms, capabilities, and ways of working.
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, distilling complexity into clarity.
Let's Talk About You:
10+ years of experience in product management, withsignificant experiencein senior product leadership roles.
Proven experience leading product portfolios across enterprise platforms and customerfacing retail technology.
Prior experience in retail, consumer goods or ecommerce strongly preferredand working in a highlymatrixed, global organization
Demonstrated success in building and leading teams of Product Managers and Product Owners.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, supply chain, finance) and how they connect to digital and retail experiences.
Deep experienceoperatingin Agile /SAFeenvironments.
Ability to partner effectively with engineering, architecture, and design leaders.
Datadriven mindset with strong financial and prioritization acumen
