You'll translate Quick's go-to-market strategy into a full-funnel demand plan, lead the cross-functional team that executes it, and own the program outcomes. You'll operate across both enterprise demand generation and product-led adoption motions—making the investment decisions, sequencing programs, and iterating quickly based on performance data. And you'll close the loop, synthesizing marketing performance, customer signals, and market intelligence to inform both how we promote Quick and what the product team builds next.
This role does not include direct people management. You will lead a cross-functional v-team spanning product marketing, digital strategy, campaigns, channels, and content.
Key job responsibilities
Drive Quick's adoption outcomes across the full customer journey—awareness, trial, activation, and retention—with direct accountability for program performance
Lead the cross-functional v-team: set the operating rhythm, drive alignment, resolve blockers, and keep the team executing against the plan
Architect the right demand paths for Quick's growth model to maximize impact
Synthesize marketing performance, customer signals, and competitive intelligence into insights that feed a continuous loop back to the product team—informing roadmap priorities and promotion strategy
Lead senior leadership business reviews with a clear narrative on performance, investment trade-offs, and recommendations
Move fast, test hypotheses, and iterate based on what the data shows
A day in the life
You start the day in channel performance across paid media, social, email, and web—what's converting, which audiences are engaging, and where to shift investment. You work with Digital Strategists on audience targeting and media mix, and with Content Strategists on the hero assets and derivatives that will carry the next campaign across channels for weeks. Mid-day, you lead a v-team standup to unblock in-flight programs and adjust the plan based on test results. You close out by turning what the data and customer signals show into next moves for the program.
About the team
The Integrated Demand Center (IDC) is the marketing team that runs digital marketing programs at scale across AWS's major product and segment areas. IDC brings digital strategy, campaign management, content, channels, and marketing analytics together into one integrated plan for each program. Demand Leaders sit at the center: they connect go-to-market strategy to execution, lead the cross-functional teams that deliver results, and own demand outcomes. As part of the IDC, you'll help shape how integrated demand works at AWS scale. We move fast, test and learn, and make decisions grounded in data and customer insight.

Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one.
Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world.
Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind.
You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
