About Our Client 
Our client is a leader in the eSIM industry, offering an advanced, customer-first technology solution that makes global connectivity easier and more accessible. They stand out with an unmatched value proposition - to what is now known as the most competent eSIM product available globally. They are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead their growth across multiple channels and markets, particularly in Asia, Europe and The Americas, where expansion opportunities are high.
About Your Role
The Head of Digital Marketing will design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and meet revenue targets across various channels, including SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing. The role will focus on delivering strong P&L outcomes through these channels, building and leading a high-performance team, and aligning all activities with our client’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
  • Develop and lead an integrated digital marketing strategy that maximizes user acquisition across SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing, with a particular emphasis on growth in Asian markets.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for each channel, managing performance against P&L targets to drive top-line revenue.

Channel Management
  • SEO: Oversee SEO efforts to increase organic visibility, including technical SEO, content strategy, and optimization initiatives.
  • Paid Media: Manage paid advertising across Google, social media, and other platforms to achieve optimal customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Affiliate Marketing: Grow and manage an affiliate program to drive referrals and expand market reach, maximizing partnership ROI.
  • Marketplaces: Drive acquisition through marketplace platforms, with a focus on the Asian market, ensuring product listings and promotions are optimized for conversion.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, re-engage customers, and improve retention rates.
  • Inbound Marketing: Leverage inbound marketing tactics to attract qualified leads through content creation, SEO-driven blogs, and educational resources.
  • Influencer Marketing: Build and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing specialists across all channels, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Promote best practices, cross-training, and ongoing development to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital strategies.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Regularly evaluate channel performance, analyzing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs, derive insights, and provide actionable data to stakeholders on performance against revenue targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Act as a digital marketing advocate, promoting best practices and knowledge-sharing across departments.

Budget Management
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and that all campaigns contribute to profitability goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record driving Marketing P&Ls across digital marketing channels to at least $50M USD in ARR.
  • Demonstrated of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in leadership roles across multiple channels, particularly for high-growth companies.
  • Strong Direct to Consumer expertise in SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing, with experience in Travel Tech industries as a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
