We are looking for a strategic and technology-driven Head of Digital Finance to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives in a high-growth manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for driving the digital finance roadmap, leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, and building integrated finance systems that enable real-time visibility, automation, and scalable financial operations.

The ideal candidate will combine deep finance expertise with strong technology and transformation experience, helping create a centralized, data-driven finance ecosystem that supports operational efficiency and business growth. You will work closely with finance, technology, operations, and leadership teams to modernize core financial processes, strengthen controls, and improve decision-making through advanced analytics and automation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the digital finance transformation roadmap with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization
• Drive integration initiatives across finance, operational, and enterprise systems to create a unified source of truth for financial and operational data
• Build and enhance automated reconciliation frameworks and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) to improve compliance and reduce manual effort
• Develop real-time finance dashboards and executive reporting solutions using BI and analytics platforms
• Oversee core finance processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), FP&A, COPA, and Treasury operations
• Lead finance automation initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, and audit readiness
• Architect centralized financial data management and reporting frameworks to support predictive and forward-looking analytics
• Collaborate with digital engineering, operations, and business leadership teams to align finance transformation initiatives with organizational goals
• Drive process standardization, governance, and scalable operating models across finance functions
• Translate complex financial and operational metrics into actionable business insights for leadership teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational scalability, reporting accuracy, and business performance visibility

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 12–15+ years of experience in finance transformation, digital finance, or enterprise finance leadership roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Proven experience leading finance transformation initiatives within manufacturing, high-tech, or large operational environments
• Deep understanding of financial operations, compliance, reporting, and enterprise process management
• Strong exposure to automation, BI tools, data integration, and analytics-driven finance environments
• Experience building scalable financial controls and audit-ready operating frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to bridge finance, technology, and operational teams effectively
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
• CA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent finance qualification preferred
