Your Impact

Digital Transformation Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with Vetropack’s strategic objectives.
• Identify and drive key initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, SaaS, and advanced data analytics.

Innovation & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with IT leaders, business units, and external vendors to deploy impactful digital solutions.
• Lead and inspire a globally aligned, agile team to foster collaboration and innovation across departments.

Operational Excellence & Digital Product Development:

• Oversee the performance and reliability of key digital platforms and applications.
• Drive automation, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines for agile operations.
• Ensure seamless service delivery and proactive incident resolution.

Change Management & Sustainability:

• Champion digital-first thinking and guide the organization through change initiatives.
• Promote a culture of adaptability, agility, and innovation.

What You Bring

• Education: Degree in IT, Business, or similar (MBA is a plus).
• Experience: At least 3 years in IT management and 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP, digital technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, Agile methodologies).
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Skills:
  • Agile mindset and strategic problem-solving abilities

  • Financial acumen to assess and deliver value
  • Effective change management
