Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital banking channels
  • Work with cross-functional teams (cash management, operations, design, engineering, compliance) to deliver projects on time
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security
  • Stay on top of digital trends and recommend new features or platforms
  • Improve digital adoption and engagement through better UX and feature releases
  • Set KPIs and track the performance of digital products
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships where needed
  • Lead and grow the digital development team

Job Requirement

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product or channel development, ideally in banking or fintech
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, APIs, payment, card schemes, system optimization, and integration
  • Proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex digital projects
  • Good balance of technical know-how and business sense
  • Clear communicator, problem solver, and team player
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field
