Job Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital banking channels
Work with cross-functional teams (cash management, operations, design, engineering, compliance) to deliver projects on time
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security
Stay on top of digital trends and recommend new features or platforms
Improve digital adoption and engagement through better UX and feature releases
Set KPIs and track the performance of digital products
Manage budgets and vendor relationships where needed
Lead and grow the digital development team
Job Requirement
7+ years of experience in digital product or channel development, ideally in banking or fintech
Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, APIs, payment, card schemes, system optimization, and integration
Proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex digital projects
Good balance of technical know-how and business sense
Clear communicator, problem solver, and team player
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field
