  Develop and implement strategies to restore and accelerate online securities trading activities across the company’s digital platforms.
• 
  Build tailored content strategies for different target customer segments to attract, activate, and engage users across web and mobile trading platforms, as well as the related content ecosystem.
• 
  Manage and grow investor communities and investor-focused social channels to strengthen brand awareness, user preference, and engagement with the company’s digital platforms.
• 
  Collaborate on the development of digital platform features and the related content ecosystem, with a focus on optimizing the user journey and enhancing the overall digital product experience.
• 
  Partner with the Marketing and Communications team to execute dedicated marketing campaigns for digital platforms and the associated content ecosystem.
• 
  Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand reach and sustain user engagement across digital platforms and related content channels.
• 
  Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Board.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital, Growth, or Platform-related roles; experience in securities or fintech is strongly preferred.
• 
  Proven experience in team management.
• 
  Strong understanding of investor behavior and trading products.
• 
  Solid capabilities in content strategy, community building, and digital marketing.
• 
  Existing relationships and relevant experience working with funds, asset management firms, or institutional investment networks are preferred.
