Job Description

Your Contribution

  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily die casting production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.
  • Lead and allocate work for production employees across shifts, ensuring optimal utilization of workforce, machines, equipment, and production capacity.
  • Monitor production processes, resolve operational issues, downtime, and equipment-related disruptions to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure product quality, timely tool changes, repairs, and equipment availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, maintain production documentation, monitor material consumption, and support cost-efficient operations.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Technical education in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Technician or equivalent).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within casting, metal processing, or industrial production.
  • Experience supervising production teams and coordinating shift operations.
  • Good understanding of production processes, quality standards, occupational health & safety requirements, and workforce planning.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
