We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation, Nordics & DACH to own the regional demand generation strategy across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and DACH

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll lead a team spanning demand generation, field marketing and events, delivering creative, data-driven campaigns that generate awareness, pipeline and revenue.

You’ll work closely with global peers, ABM leadership and regional Sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned to market needs, driving strong commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities 🤘

  • Defining and executing demand generation strategy for Nordics and DACH

  • Delivering pipeline targets in partnership with regional Sales leadership

  • Leading and optimising multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, field marketing, nurture)

  • Driving alignment between Marketing and Sales on goals, pipeline and performance

  • Using data and insights to continuously optimise campaigns and ROI

  • Partnering with Marketing Operations to analyse performance and improve outcomes

  • Owning and delivering regional events, webinars and campaign activations

  • Building deep market and audience insight to inform campaign strategy

  • Ensuring alignment to global marketing plans while tailoring for local markets

  • Owning the regional budget and ensuring efficient, high-impact spend

  • Collaborating with global demand gen and ABM leaders to share best practice and scale success

  • Working with internal subject-matter experts to create compelling, high-converting content

  • Staying ahead of market trends, tools and best practices

What are we looking for? 🔎

  • Proven experience leading demand generation or regional marketing in a B2B environment

  • Strong track record of delivering pipeline and revenue through marketing

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across different markets

  • Excellent stakeholder management, particularly with Sales leadership

  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to optimise performance

  • Experience managing budgets and driving ROI

  • Ability to balance global strategy with local market execution

  • Hands-on approach, comfortable switching between strategy and delivery
