RTM is seeking an experienced Head of Delegate Sales to lead and develop our delegate sales teams across multiple event portfolios. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who excels at coaching, training, and mentoring teams in a B2B selling environment focused on both paid and unpaid event attendance.
You will be responsible for building and executing strategies that increase delegate participation rates, developing strong relationships with current delegates and speakers, and working closely with the VP of Events to ensure teams are tracking toward event goals. This role requires someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on team development while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
You'll work across multiple industries — including Healthcare, Technology, Finance, Education, and Government — partnering closely with senior leadership to shape delegate acquisition strategy, launch new events, and scale participation.
Salary: $150,000k base + variable components
Year one total compensation expectations: $160,000 - $175,000
