     Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Managing the Data technology team (Data engineer and Data analyst).
    • Designing and implementing the data strategies goals, long-term & short-term and opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
    • Assisting and providing technical solutions which are proper to data management or enhancement.
    • Collaborate with business functions and technology teams to deliver insights in support of measurement, optimization, predictive recommendations, and campaigns.
    • Research and devise innovative statistical technology for data team.
    Successful Candidate:
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
    • Experience with team management and project management
    • At least 4 years experience in Management level
    • Age not over 45 years old (CTO is 49) prefer at least 35 years old
    • Experience with AWS Cloud
    • Ability to build high performance teams
    • Experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI
    • Good communication skills in English (Require**^)

Additional Qualifications:

-At least 4 years exp in management level (manage 4 members in team: Data Engineer 2 people, Data Analyst 2 people) (Need who has experience to manage whole data team not a sub-team)

-Need who is age over 35 years old but not over 45 years old (CTO is 49)

-Strong both technical and business view skill

-Support internal by Designed Data warehouse, Structure, visualize data and generate useful data to other department, dashboard, manage/can coach the team (data 4 staffs), Learning and Development and others projects assigned by CEO
-Need who is strong experience in Data Science and Data Engineer
-Need who has experience in Cloud Data/ Cloud Data AI (can be AWS / Azure)

- Good English communicate (direct report to CTO and Chief Learning Architect (British guy)
