We are currently working with an exciting listco that is currently going through a large innovation adoption program.
With a focus on bettering their data usage, they are seeking a Head of Data Engineering to join the business and be accountable for the build out of a new data lake.
Such a role is rare to come by, and as such, the selection process is tedious. You'll be vetted not only on direct experience...do you have direct experience in driving a data lake build out from scratch?  where you responsible for the technical accountabilities of the decision making? ...but you'll also need to possess strong stake holder managemnt skills as your role as the Head of Data will not only be on the build out but to navigate with all the business heads on how the upcoming new data lake can add value to their existing business.
In return, you will  be given full reigns as well as the backing of the board to drive the initiative and make the company the market leader on how data is used within a large enterprise.
