Job Description

What You Do:

• Ensure timely delivery of data products, integrations, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure the stability, availability, security and performance of the Data Warehouse environment.
• Own and execute the enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Platform strategy aligned with business objectives for Life, Syariah and Utama.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for data architecture, solution design, and technology standards.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams of Data Engineers and Database Administrators while providing functional leadership to Data Business Analyst.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, security policies, and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with Allianz stakeholders to implement enterprise data strategies, platforms, standards and solution directives from regional and global governance bodies.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) environments, including hands-on experience in Data Warehouse implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in data acquisition, ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data cleansingDemonstrated experience leading large-scale data platform, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture, data modeling, data integration, and database management.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools, including Tableau
