Manages/oversees the analytical, team, & client responsibilities across a broad group of Analytical resources consisting of Senior Analysts, Team Managers, Team Leads, and Analysts; serving multiple senior channel, operations, marketing, or product executives. Determines and sets group priorities to align with the overall business objectives; ensures appropriate focus and alignment of staff and resources. Supervises, directs, and communicates complex analyses using a variety of tools, techniques and resources to deliver insights that drive business direction and decision making. Partners with P&L owners and senior executives to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to a variety of business problems using data driven insights. Integrates the analysis and strategic priorities with other analytic areas and business partners to ensure alignment across the organization. Develops employees within the analytical discipline to be able to communicate and improve their business insight capabilities. Experience in supervising technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome (direct management). Experience with development of people resources. Ability to manage and resolve competing priorities. Proven track record in financial services, consumer products, or marketing business / analytics.
This role melds strategic vision with deep technical leadership to design, build, and scale a portfolio of data products and an internal/external marketplace. The executive will bridge data science, engineering, and business needs—empowering users with governed, commercial-grade data capabilities while monetizing and enabling data-driven enterprise growth.
This role will drive the design, development, and commercialization of data products and data marketplace to enable growth, operational efficiency, and client value across business lines.
