Key Facts: Supply Chain Analytics, SAP Analytics, Power BI, KPI & Reporting, Leadership, Global SCM, in Baden/home office.

Main tasks:

• Define and drive the global SCM Data Analytics & Reporting strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of KPI frameworks, reporting standards, dashboards, and performance management processes.
• Deliver advanced analytics, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic and operational business decisions.
• Ensure high data quality, governance, and transparency across global supply chain processes and reporting structures.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and risk management to improve efficiency, resilience, and business performance.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop an international SCM Data Analytics & Reporting team while fostering a data-driven culture.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuously evaluate new analytics technologies and best practices.

Your qualifications:

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, KPI frameworks, and data-driven performance management.
• Hands-on experience with modern analytics and reporting platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Power BI, or comparable BI solutions.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation and data-driven optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Fluent in German and English.
