Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

  • Design and refresh product offerings to meet evolving customer needs and bank objectives.

  • Create specialized products tailored to diverse client segments.

• Enhancing Profitability of New and Existing Products

  • Conduct profitability analysis on various products and services, providing recommendations for optimization.

  • Set competitive interest rates, fees, and terms to attract and retain customers.

  • Develop additional services and products that enhance revenue potential.

• Marketing and Product Promotion

  • Design and execute strategies to promote Daily Banking products.

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create impactful advertising campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refine strategies based on insights.

  • Optimize the customer journey to enhance convenience and accessibility of services.

• Innovation and Digital Transformation

  • Research and implement new technologies to improve Daily Banking products (e.g., mobile applications, digital payments).

  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies seamlessly into existing systems.

  • Increase sales and customer engagement with Daily Banking products through mobile platforms.

• Team Leadership and Development

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Daily Banking specialists.

  • Set clear goals and objectives for team members and monitor progress.
