I am Massimiliano Pianigiani, Head of the Data Mediation and Cybersecurity team, which is part of Telia Group IT Organization. This team is the IT solution owner for Telia common cybersecurity and data mediation tools, including SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response, Vulnerability Management and Application protection and as well performance management and observability platforms for all domains. All these teams operate with Agile way of working (SAFe) within Telia common operation model.
What you’ll do:
Key success indicators for this role are the operation and the development of cybersecurity tools in respect of agreed service levels, and the delivery of a Cybersecurity systems transformation roadmap aiming to increase Telia security with efficient and effective solutions, in alignment with the approved strategic architecture. Further major KPIs are related to the compliance for the systems in scope, the enablement of business value to fulfill stakeholders’ expectations, the engagement of the people in the team, on top of other specific KPIs. As for all teams in IT, decisions for the role are guided by Telia policies, procedures and business plans.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You have a passion for delivering results and you are capable of teamwork in a multicultural environment, with result orientation and leadership. A former hands-on experience on one or more Cybersecurity tools is a strong plus for this role, together with knowledge of Telia security procedures.
