We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead a team responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience across SME and Enterprise clients. You will manage strategic customer accounts, oversee onboarding and retention, lead cross-functional projects, and transform customer feedback into product improvements. In addition, you will coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers and Care Specialists while driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
