Coleg Sir Gâr and Coleg Ceredigion are seeking to appoint an inspirational, and learner-focused leader to head our Health, Childcare and Computing provision, based at Graig campus. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader to shape and lead a diverse and innovative curriculum area, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and assessment whilst driving learner achievement, progression and success.
As Head of Health, Childcare and Computing, you will provide effective operational leadership across a broad portfolio of programmes, working collaboratively with curriculum teams, employers, universities and key stakeholders to ensure our provision continues to meet the needs of learners, industry and the wider community. You will play a pivotal role in leading curriculum teams to deliver high-quality education, drive continuous improvement and ensure an outstanding learner experience that enables every learner to achieve their potential.
