And now, as Vorwerk Australia continues its ambitious growth journey, we are looking for a Head of Culinary Experience based in Melbourne, to support our recipe development plan.

The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team while translating food trends, customer insights and business objectives into innovative culinary experiences, creating engaging content and commercially successful outcomes.

About the role

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• A passion for leadership, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for emerging food trends and the ability to translate them into engaging recipes, collections and culinary experiences.
• Strong project management skills, enabling you to successfully balance multiple priorities, manage complex projects and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across Marketing, Product Development, Global teams, Consultants and external partners.
• A talent for creating memorable customer experiences,whether through recipe development, cooking demonstrations, classes, events or digital content.
• A flair for culinary storytelling and content creation, with the ability to bring food to life through compelling recipes, imagery, video and educational materials that inspire and engage audiences.
