Our client is a leading Wholesale bank. They are currently looking for Team Head for Credit Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee operations in sub-teams: Credit Documentation, Loan Processing, Credit Control Teams
• Perform post-lending monitoring control
• Drive changes in workflow to improve efficiency and credit control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare regular reports for HKMA banking return and Senior Management

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in credit administration and control, of which 5+ years at managerial level
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
