About the Role

The role is responsible for developing and implementing Corporate Solutions (CS) business strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives. It involves leading strategic planning, financial oversight, and performance reviews while ensuring stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, the position drives key initiatives, monitors progress toward goals, and leverages data analytics to support informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Corporate Solutions (CS) business strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy and financial objectives.
  • Create and maintain short-term and long-term CS strategic plans, to accelerate growth in EB, DPLK, and new business segments.
  • Provide leadership in CS strategy and financial planning, driving achievement in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Keep management fully informed on CS performance and key factors influencing business outcomes.
  • Define and monitor CS strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
  • Drive achievement of annual CS VoNB targets as outlined in the business plan.
  • Lead CS Strategy & Business Development initiatives, including high-level workshops, strategic program management, Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including DPLK and EB Syariah solutions to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Conduct regular business performance reviews against CS strategic plans and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Influence and align stakeholders, including senior leadership, to support CS activities that advance strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data analytics, predictive modeling, and actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in life insurance, strategy consulting, corporate development, or finance (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance).
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Solutions products and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels.
  • Sales-oriented mindset to actively support and collaborate in driving business growth within Corporate Solutions.
  • Ability to present ideas and analyses clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing (English and Bahasa).
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
  • Expertise in structuring, evaluating, and synthesizing information to generate insights and solve complex problems.
  • High numerical and financial proficiency, with strong analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Results-driven, independent, innovative, and forward-thinking, with a track record of achieving outcomes.
