
The Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Banking & Syndications serves as the enterprise leader for complex commercial credit solutions, middle market banking initiatives, and syndicated lending activities across Central Bank. This position partners with market presidents, commercial banking leaders, credit administration, treasury management, and executive leadership to deliver sophisticated financing solutions for larger and more complex commercial relationships. The role provides strategic leadership, transaction expertise, and execution support while maintaining strong risk management and relationship profitability standards.
Provides strategic leadership and direction for corporate banking and syndication activities across the enterprise. Direct supervisory responsibilities, if any, will be determined by organizational structure and business needs.
