The Role

As Head of Regulatory Reporting, you will oversee and ensure complete, accurate and timely regulatory reporting of all trading activity across asset classes and markets. You are accountable for compliance with global regulatory regimes and for the continuous development of an international operating platform covering people, process and technology.

You have a seat in the MT COO FM and have an own team consisting of the Head RTR and program managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full regulatory compliance across all applicable regimes
  • Lead and develop a global regulatory reporting platform
  • Manage stakeholders including Compliance, Regulators and Auditors
  • Drive change initiatives related to new regulations and platform enhancements
  • Chair and contribute to governance and oversight committees

Your Profile

  • Academic background in Law, Business Administration or similar
  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance or capital markets
  • Deep knowledge of global regulatory regimes and trade lifecycles
  • Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a strong risk and control orientation

Final decision regarding the GJA for this role will be made during the process.
