Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- You will be globally responsible for managing and advancing our product line for contract management applications. This includes developing and reliably implementing a strategic product vision and strategy for these applications, optimizing them to meet customer needs, and expanding their processes towards CRM or FIN solutions.
- To achieve this, you will lead a team of ten employees across Product Management, Development, and Support, ensuring effective communication and fostering trusted collaboration within the team and throughout Digital Solutions.
- You will independently drive innovation within the contract management application by introducing new technologies and best practices, including a complete re-platforming to the latest technologies and applications.
- You will continuously monitor the market and competitive landscape to ensure our application remains industry-leading.
- You will successfully establish and maintain strong relationships with our key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal departments.
Your Profile for "Making the Future Possible":
- You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Your extensive professional experience has equipped you with expertise in product development or project management, preferably within the IT and software industry, and you have a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Extensive experience in Shared Services is required.
- You demonstrate proven experience in the technical leadership and development of teams.
- Your excellent understanding of contract management processes and requirements will be highly valued.
- You also possess strong knowledge of strategic planning and the implementation of innovation initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Fluency in English is a given for you.
