We are hiring a Head of Content to join our Corporate Marketing team. The Corporate Marketing team is responsible for growing the Blue Owl brand and supporting the firm in its ambition to be one of the preeminent firms in the asset management industry. Our goal is to raise the firm’s visibility by using our global marketing and communications platform to support our firm, its publicly-traded vehicles, and its sales and client marketing efforts. We seek to deliver the most effective, innovative, and scalable ways to express the traits that set Blue Owl apart.
The Head of Content will be responsible for defining, operationalizing, and managing the firm’s overarching corporate-level content strategy. This individual will orchestrate the effective use of existing content; establish a cohesive strategic framework for how corporate-level content is developed, prioritized, governed, and distributed; and ensure the firm’s strongest, unique perspectives are elevated consistently and at scale.
The role is designed for a highly-motivated, self-directed leader who is comfortable operating in situations without an established playbook. The Head of Content will partner closely with teams across corporate marketing, client marketing, communications, investment platforms, investor relations, legal, and compliance to align on corporate-level content priorities, influence shared processes, and improve how content is created, used, and distributed. The position also involves providing leadership to the firm’s video program, ensuring video is integrated into the broader content ecosystem and deployed strategically to support business and brand objectives.

Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
