Your role

We are looking for a Head of Content to run THEKER's content operation from request to delivery. You will receive what the company needs from marketing, decide what comes first and make sure it ships on time and on brand. This is an operations and management role with a strong eye for brand. You won't be designing or editing yourself, but you will know good work when you see it.

You will be the single point of contact for marketing requests across THEKER, from videos and photos to presentations and events. You will turn each request into a clear brief, assign it to the right person in the content team and follow it through to delivery. You will also own the materials our sales team uses with clients and keep them current and consistent.

Day to day, you will manage the team's timeline and keep several projects moving at once. You will work with the founders and with every team from engineering to sales. You will also track what each channel delivers and propose new actions, from trade fairs to formats we haven't tried yet. Success means every request has an owner and a date, and sales trusts every material it sends.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a hybrid profile: part creative director, part motion designer, part AI-native creator and part team leader.

You should have:

• Strong experience in marketing or content, ideally B2B, including leading a creative team and giving clear, demanding creative direction.
• Strategic judgement. You set objectives, prioritize, and can explain why an action is worth doing.
• Strong brand and visual judgement, with deep knowledge of video and motion production. Your portfolio shows a point of view of its own.
• Solid copywriting in Spanish and English, plus comfort working with marketing metrics and analytics tools.
• A genuinely AI-native way of working. Claude should feel like your working environment, not an occasional tool.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site role).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D.
• An AI-native way of working, with tools like Claude as part of your daily workflow.
• Experience planning trade fairs and external events in industrial or tech sectors.
• A track record of turning complex technical products into content that non-technical audiences understand.

Main responsibilities

• Own the single entry point for marketing requests from the rest of the company. Turn each one into a brief, prioritize it, assign it and track it to delivery.
• Manage the content team's calendar and coordinate internal and external collaborators on each project.
• Own every material that goes to GTM, from sales decks to product documentation, with clear versions and approvals.
• Act as the main contact for sales on what they need and what is out of date.
• Keep the message and the brand consistent in everything that reaches a client.
• Write and review copy for LinkedIn, presentations and product materials.
• Define the metrics for each channel and turn what they show into decisions.
• Choose and plan the trade fairs and external events we attend, and propose new channels and formats with a clear goal and a way to measure them.
