The opportunity

Go-live is where our customers start to see the value of BLP. As Head of Consulting you build and lead the organization that owns everything after go-live: how far each customer's automation goes, the support they rely on every day, the escalations, and whether they stay with BLP and grow. Your organization will more than double over the next year, including new teams in Germany.

You lead three groups:

• Consulting: Consultants and Associate Consultants who push each customer's automation further after go-live.
• Customer Success Engineering: the CSEs who keep money-critical processes running.
• Client Partners: they own our largest strategic accounts within their own practice.

You report to the VP Customer Success and are part of the Customer Success leadership team.

What you'll do

• Own net revenue retention and expansion across our installed base, and lead the Client Partners who hold the executive relationships on our strategic accounts.
• Drive the automation curve after go-live, through consulting and automation sprints, so every customer reaches the productivity we committed to.
• Run Customer Success Engineering on clear service levels: priority handling for strategic accounts, critical incidents solved for every customer.
• Act as the final escalation point. Call a recovery when an account is off track, and hold the organization to the plan.
• Build the new Consulting and Customer Success Engineering teams in Germany: hire the leads, set the hiring bar and develop your team leads.
• Own the economics and operating model of the run phase across our Strategic, Enterprise and Commercial segments: cost to serve, service levels, account health and paid services.

What you bring

• 10+ years in strategy or operations consulting, customer success, professional services or operations leadership, ideally both top-tier consulting and enterprise software.
• Leadership of organizations of 15+ direct reports, including managing managers, ideally scaled in a fast-growing environment.
• A solid understanding of purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash and the ERP landscape behind them, for example from finance transformation, shared services or ERP transformations.
• A track record of owning commercial outcomes with strategic accounts on executive level such as retention, expansion or cost to serve.
• Executive presence: you hold the room with a CFO, especially when the conversation is difficult.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in AI-driven enterprise SaaS or in scaling teams across countries is a plus.
