Your Responsibilities
- Active support of our nutrition expansion strategy in primarily in UK and support EMEA
- Own, improve, and follow the Commericalisation Process
- Manage projects, time allocation and attendance at trials and first productions of commericlaisation team
- Take fully responsibility of the activities of the commericalisation process including regulatory/ compliance requirements. working closely with the business stakeholders including the wider CD and D team.
- Develop a clear way of working with the production sites, quality and technical teams
- To take on full ownership and responsibility for internal and external scale ups
- Ensuring scale ups and first productions take place in full and on time
- Validation of production recipes for co mans, were applicable
- Support of productions and transfers between our internal production sites
- Focus on Strategic Accounts
- Customer support around project coordination and process optimization
- Sensorial and physical qualification of finished products
- General responsibility for trials and 1st production documentation
- Ensure smooth handover post first production to the operations team
- You will work closely with our local commercial teams, CD&D, production and QM department
Your Profile
- A degree in food technology/ science/ engineering or comparable work experience
- 10+ years professional experience in the food and beverage industry including product and process development including minimum 8 years as a key player in commericalisation
- Deep technical understanding and basic knowledge of business administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with profund communication and presentation skills as well as flexibility and initiative
- Exceptional Customer and service orientation as well as strong technical skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within EMEA if necessary, at weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to attend factory trials when required – including overnight
