The Role

We’re looking for an unstoppable pioneer to shape and drive the future growth of the Charlotte Tilbury brand. As Head of Commercial, you’ll be an inspiring leader and formidable commercial creator tasked with the extraordinary opportunity of driving forward our business’ ambitious evolution. You’ll be responsible for evoking exceptional prestige with our key retail partners, identifying new opportunities for the acceleration of our brand, while enticing new customers to discover the magic of Charlotte Tilbury.

Role Accountabilities

  • Drive ambitious, profitable and sustainable growth to the business in Southeast Asia and India
  • Create, shape and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and allure new customers to discover the magic of Charlotte Tilbury
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to foster #1 status with our key retail partners
  • Work in partnership with Retail, Marketing & Visual Merchandising, Finance and Operations to ensure a cohesive Charlotte Tilbury experience
  • Define, negotiate and execute revolutionary joint business plans that entice new customers to discover the magic of Charlotte Tilbury
  • Deliver a distinctive experience instore and online to drive purchase and loyalty
  • Tightly manage each account business from budgeting and forecasting through stock management to performance and ROI tracking
  • Manage a team of Senior Sales and Retail Manager and Trainer; inspiring their development and growth through coaching and expert leadership
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to in the marketplace

Reporting Relationships

  • Reporting to Brand Director SEA

Key Selection Criteria:

  • More than 8 years in Sales and retail position within beauty, FMCG or retail is desirable
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair (ideally within beauty or retail)
  • You’re ambitious and results focused with proven delivery of Growth and ROI drivers
  • Leadership - you are naturally mobilise others to deliver results (direct reports and other teams) through coaching & developing a high performing team
  • You are a collaborative yet firm and confident negotiator
  • You have a magnetic attraction – a natural networker
  • Commercial or Financial acumen, you balance attention to detail with the big picture
  • You clearly and succinctly articulate the meaning of data
  • You are comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity; you find creative solutions for blockers
  • Exceptional execution, ensuring the work you deliver is consistently on time and flawless
  • Proven experience in Account Management (within beauty, FMCG or retail is desirable)
