Legend is hiring a Head of Commercial Operations to lead the operational engine behind our Commercial function.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can take commercial ambition and turn it into scalable, high-performing execution. You’ll own how we onboard and manage partners, optimise merchandising across our portfolio, execute commercial opportunities and build the systems, processes and ways of working that enable us to grow efficiently.
You’ll lead our Account Operations and Commercial Operations teams, creating greater structure, accountability and consistency while continuously looking for ways to make us faster and smarter through better data, automation and AI.
This is an opportunity to shape how Commercial Operations works at Legend, building an operation that can scale with the business while directly contributing to revenue growth.
You’ll lead two key areas within our Commercial function:
Account Operations - responsible for the operational partner journey, including partner onboarding and ongoing account operations.
Commercial Operations - responsible for commercial tooling, business-as-usual operational delivery, merchandising and optimisation.
You’ll work closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing and the wider business to make sure our commercial strategy is backed by the operational capability to deliver it.
This role is based in Varna, Bulgaria, where we work in a hybrid model. We’re also open to remote candidates based in Sofia, with regular travel to Varna to spend time onsite with the team.
