This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded litigator who wants more than another senior fee-earning role.

Fee-earning expectations are calibrated to enable sustainable leadership success.

About You

This role is likely to suit you if you:

  • have 8+ years PAE in a commercial litigation practice (with experience in building and construction law, corporate litigation, insolvency and professional negligence preferred),
  • are an accomplished litigator ready for a true practice leadership role,
  • are frustrated by limited progression, politics or bureaucracy,
  • are already leading informally and ready for formal authority,
  • are commercially minded and energised by growth,
  • have strong client relationship skills, existing referral partners and business development capability,
  • are an Accredited Specialist or interested in obtaining specialist accreditation,
  • value high standards, collaboration and excellent client service, and
  • are ambitious for equity and long-term influence.

What’s in It for You?

We value strong performance and invest in our people. We offer:

  • competitive annual salary,
  • unique and generous individual fee earner commissions (paid monthly),
  • annual salary reviews,
  • clear pathway to equity,
  • Specialist Accreditation bonus,

  • comprehensive training (including leadership) and career development,
  • inclusive reward and recognition programs, including monthly awards and quarterly cash prizes,
  • birthday and volunteering leave,
  • flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance,
  • a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family, and
