The Head of Commercial Growth & Digital Channels, Singapore is responsible for driving revenue growth, digital transformation, and AI-powered business innovation across Inside Sales, Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce channels.
This leadership role owns commercial performance while leading the strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to transform customer engagement, sales productivity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
The role serves as a key change leader, partnering across Commercial, Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams to build a scalable, digital-first, AI-enabled commercial organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Digital Transformation, E-commerce, or Business Transformation roles.
· Proven track record of revenue ownership and commercial growth delivery.
· Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI initiatives.
· Strong background in Inside Sales, CRM, SAP, E-commerce platforms, and Automation technologies.
· Experience managing transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
· Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation applications in commercial environments.
· Strong strategic planning, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience leading organizational change and capability-building initiatives.
