
We are seeking a Head of Commercial & Revenue Strategy (x|f|m) to strengthen the commercial backbone of our global Sales organization. This position is based in Europe at Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co. KG and plays a pivotal role in shaping and governing our global commercial architecture to enable consistent, customer‑centric execution across all regions. With strategic impact across Sales, Pricing, Analytics, and CRM, this role drives scalable commercial performance in a rapidly growing, data‑driven environment.

This position is available full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days at one of our Sartorius sites with the opportunity to work remotely. The role requires substantial international travelling.
Growwithus – YourResponsibilities
Shaping and continuously evolving a robust commercial framework that ensures aligned, high‑quality sales execution across functions and global regions
Driving global territory design, segmentation logic, and coverage models to enable optimized resource deployment and balanced customer access
Governing the CRM and digital sales ecosystem, including Salesforce process standards, data quality, workflows, and global user enablement
Steering global commercial analytics, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to deliver performance insights, scenario modeling, and strategic decision support in collaboration with Data, IT, Finance, and Sales
Leading the global Pricing, Sales Support, and Training functions to strengthen value‑based pricing, commercial operational excellence, and capability building for Sales and Customer Service teams
Ensuring disciplined execution of pricing and discount governance frameworks while fostering a unified approach to commercial processes worldwide
What will convinceus
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
More than 10 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, or commercial operations in complex global organizations
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and governing commercial operating models, including sales‑process harmonization, data governance, and territory or incentive frameworks
Strong leadership capabilities in driving cross‑functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environments
A proven track record in leading global CRM, pricing execution, and commercial transformation initiatives
Excellent communication abilities with a talent for translating complex analytical or digital topics into clear, actionable guidance
Fluency in English, further languages are beneficial
