ACG_1966_JOB Our client, a leading financial service provider in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Lead and oversee day-to-day debt collections operations, including managing call centers, conducting field visits, skip-tracing, legal recoveries, enforcements, and collateral sales. Develop, motivate, and empower teams to meet industry-leading standards. Create and implement behavioral collection strategies, conduct tests to evaluate effectiveness, and provide field-based feedback for continuous improvement. Utilize collection metrics to optimize processes and enhance performance. Enhance cost-of-collection/recovery ratio and design motivational systems tailored to different teams and collection stages. Direct Robotics, ANI, and GenAI initiatives, as well as social network profiling. Optimize collection products for distressed customers, providing full product coverage for Retail Banking and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), ranging from unsecured to secured loans, including credit cards, mortgages, and business loans. Establish comprehensive collection procedures, policies, and documentation. Lead initiatives to improve customer experience regarding repayments and ethical communications. Act as a collection business partner to various departments, including Retail/SME/Corporate Business lines, Risk Management, Finance, HR, IT, Business Intelligence, and Operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines. At least 5 years of managerial experience in debt collections or recovery within banking or financial institutions. Proven track record of managing teams of 500 or more employees. Demonstrated expertise in people management, mentoring, and leadership. Proficiency in utilizing Collection and telecommunications software. Experience with tools like PDS, sim-gateways, robotics/generative AI/ANI. Effective business partnering abilities. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous. Demonstrated high level of accountability and responsibility. Certifications in professional collections is an advantage.
