
For our Zeppelin Finance Organization at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a "Head of CoE Risk, ICS & Insurance (m/f/d)".
Your tasks & responsibilities:
In your role as “Head of CoE Risk, ICS & Insurance (m/f/d),” you will be responsible for the group-wide management and further development of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), the Internal Control System (ICS), and Insurance Management.
You will report to our Director Accounting, Controlling, Risk, ICS & Insurance and thus ensure an effective governance structure for identifying, assessing, managing (mitigating), and monitoring material risks.
Furthermore, you will also be responsible for conducting Group-wide risk and opportunity analyses and scenario assessments, as well as for reporting the risk situation to Group Management and the Head of Accounting, Controlling, Risk, ICS, and Insurance.
In addition, you will also be responsible for further rollout and optimization the Group-wide ICS, thereby ensuring that key business processes and controls are properly documented and active.
Your responsibility will also include conducting ICS risk analyses and control assessments, as well as coordinating annual control tests and effectiveness reviews.
You will also manage the Global Insurance Strategy with our external insurance partner and ensure an economically optimal risk transfer approach.
Collaborating with Group companies, Internal Audit, and external auditors round out your job profile.
What we are looking for:
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Management experience in an international corporation
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field.
Additional professional qualifications such as CIA, CRMA, or CERA are considered an advantage.
Substantial experience in at least two of the following areas:
Experience with complex corporate structures involving numerous international subsidiaries
Strong knowledge of international governance, risk, and control standards
Experience in establishing and further developing control frameworks
Knowledge of international insurance programs and captive solutions is a plus
A leader with strong execution skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
High integrity and a strong awareness of risk
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
