About the Role

As Head of Client Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative, scalable workforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You’ll lead sales strategy, drive business development, and ensure seamless service delivery – all while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech sector.

Reporting to the Global Director who is based in the UK and with your team of 4 are based across Australia, this is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is ready to shape the future of tech talent in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Strategy & Talent Solutions

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and growth.
  • Translate complex client needs into scalable training and consultancy solutions.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships (CTOs, CDOs, Talent Acquisition Heads).
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support proposal-to-delivery transitions.

Service Delivery Oversight

  • Lead the Service Delivery function, ensuring exceptional consultant care and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Leadership

  • Manage strategic partnerships with training providers, DE&I organisations, and government bodies.
  • Contribute to product development, pricing strategies, and long-term growth planning.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in sales leadership within talent solutions, tech recruitment, or workforce development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of winning and growing large client accounts.
  • Deep understanding of tech sector skills trends and workforce development.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in scaling teams and managing budgets.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in PE-backed growth environments.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven workforce transformation and government-funded training schemes.
  • Background in strategic consulting or advanced workforce solutions.
