The Head of Client Solutions is a strategic leadership role reporting operationally to the Group Vertical Director (GVD) and functionally to the rPCS Lead. The role is responsible for driving executional excellence across assigned verticals, ensuring high-quality client engagements, operational consistency, and measurable impact on revenue growth. The Head of Client Solutions is a trusted leader and advisor to both internal teams and external partners, embedding best practices and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities include
- Core KPIs : Revenue growth, vertical first solution & product adoption, client engagement, driving operational consistency and excellence across teams
- Operational Excellence: Raise the floor by establishing and driving best practices adoption within market, standardize processes, and guide teams to consistently deliver high-quality client engagements thereby accelerating revenue growth.
- Strategic Product Adoption: Raise the ceiling by providing guidance on leveraging TikTok’s ad solutions to drive vertical-specific product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and influence high-value client strategies.
- Executional Impact & Growth: Lead innovative programs and pilots to create vertical growth opportunities, scale successful initiatives, and proactively design frameworks that address evolving client and market needs.
- Strategic Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal CST teams, providing guidance on strategic engagement, optimizing workflows, and aligning client efforts with revenue growth goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to embed client-centric practices, ensure seamless delivery, and align executional models across markets.
- Insights & Market Influence: Gather and analyze market and vertical-specific insights to inform executional strategies, and provide leadership with actionable recommendations that drive revenue and operational improvements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team, enabling them to execute strategies effectively, adopt best practices, and grow their impact on client engagement and product adoption.
