About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Client Solutions to lead our client partnerships, marketing solutions, and campaign execution efforts. This role is essential in driving client satisfaction, optimizing campaign performance, and developing strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in client solutions, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns, along with a strong ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships through tailored marketing solutions.
  • Serve as the main contact for strategic recommendations and issue resolution.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by executing influencer marketing strategies and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to develop innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Client Solutions and Account Management: 5+ years of experience in client solutions and account management with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Influencer Marketing & Digital Campaigns: Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams with a focus on high performance.
  • Campaign Execution: Skilled in overseeing campaign execution, including adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables, with a hands-on approach to managing challenges.

Required Skills:

  • Presentation and Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in crafting compelling client pitches and proposals.
  • Creative and Analytical Thinking: Strong creative and analytical skills to develop and execute innovative solutions from concept to completion.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client needs and challenges.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Skilled in managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of campaigns.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
  • Client-Focused: Natural ability to connect with clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored, innovative solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to partner with sales teams and internal departments to deliver client solutions that drive business growth.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven to deliver measurable outcomes, consistently optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

Ideally:

  • Performance Metrics Knowledge: Experience generating actionable insights from campaign performance reports.
  • Familiarity with Sales Support: Knowledge of supporting sales teams in successful pitches and educating new account managers on product offerings.
  • Gaming/Influencer knowledge
  • Startup experience & Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with Influencer Marketing & Marketing Solutions

Language Proficiency

  • Native Thai
  • Professional proficiency in English
