Naval Combat Systems is a business unit within Business Area Naval as of April 1st and consists of approximately 2,000 employees globally, across Sweden, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and Poland.
Naval Combat Systems provides customers with world-class situational awareness, decision support, force coordination, communication solutions, and precision engagement. Together, these deliver a winning solution for mission control.
The business unit has a strong presence in the global defence and security markets, close customer relationships, and rewarding international collaborations.
As Head of Naval Combat Systems, you will be responsible for a growing national and global business unit. You will also be responsible for the strategic development of “Command and Control,” one of Saab’s core areas.
As Head of Naval Combat Systems, you demonstrate a high level of business acumen and accountability in delivering on your commitments. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and requires both national and international travel.
Your strong international leadership and general management skills will be crucial in continuing to develop our culture of trust, performance, accountability, transparency, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

You will report to the Head of Business Area Naval and be part of the BA Naval Management Team.
