Our client, a leading global shipping and logistics company, is launching a new logistics division in Zambia. They are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced leader to take the reins as Head of Logistics, with full responsibility for operations, commercial development, and P&L leadership. What You'll Be Doing

• Establishing and managing end-to-end logistics operations across warehousing, trucking, and intermodal services

• Building and leading a high-performing team to deliver efficient, integrated supply chain solutions

• Identifying high-value market opportunities and developing strategies for growth

• Developing cross-border logistics services and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Creating and nurturing strong relationships with clients, vendors, authorities, and other stakeholders

• Driving commercial performance through business case development, sales pipeline management, and profit optimisation
