Job Description

• Responsible for overall performance and service delivery of all Operations & Technology activities in Kuwait.
• Manage & direct the functioning of operations by providing the foundation & organizational structure to support business development, facilitate a strong control environment, maximize efficiency and cost control through bench- marked service delivery & operational standards, within the framework of corporate policies, procedure and local regulations.
• Institute operations risk management guidelines through appropriate technology and process engineering.
• Recommend and implement operations plan and develop goals for all officers in line with overall business plan.
• Identifies opportunities for service quality and process improvement.
• Ensure personal and team compliance will all Risk Management programs, Internal Control and Audit requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Central Bank of Kuwait to meet their requirements in terms of system, reporting and Control.
