We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Role Highlights

• Translate vision into strategic roadmaps, OKRs, and business priorities.
• Own business metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead special projects and expansion plays that push boundaries.
• Partnering across functions to ensure alignment and performance.
• Work directly with the founders and leadership to shape Luxehouze’s future.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of proven leadership experience, with a strong record of promotions and progression.
• Track record in scaling businesses, leading strategy, or driving major initiatives.
• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or leading roles in top startups/MNCs/retail.
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across levels.
• Solid in data, financial modeling, strategy, and execution.
• Degree from a top-tier university (locally or internationally).
• Passion for the luxury industry is a big plus.
