Head of Business Solutions Consulting

The Head of Business Solutions Consulting provides expertise and guidance, coordinates and

manages all activities carried out within the Solutions Consulting team, the team that performs business

analyzes and implements through configuration and parameterization (low-code approach) business

solutions on the company-owned enterprise software platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high performing Solutions Consulting team (solution delivery function) through

clear vision, coaching and support;

Provide leadership and assume management responsibilities for the DBS Functional Consulting /

Solutions Delivery teams (CMA Content Management & Automation, IDP Intelligent Document

Processing);

Provide mentorship, cultivate and promote individual growth within its team;

Lead and manage the DBS Functional Consulting / Solutions Delivery teams carrying out line

management responsibilities including regular 1-2-1 meetings, coaching, recruitment, development

and talent management;

Actively participate in talent recruitment and their onboarding and training in an effort to get them

productive / billable quoting as quickly as possible;

Create a culture of excellence, where on-time and high-quality delivery is the team standard;

Develops teams operating model in consultation with associated functions, continually improving

these to deliver enhanced ways of working that address immediate and anticipated constraints (e.g.

skills).

Ensure the Functional Consulting teams gains and maintains a high level of technical knowledge,

which will allow them to deliver solutions and support the company customers at the require quality

level;

Assist its team in providing solutions and services in to the company customers;

Coordinate the consolidation of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs, deliverables and scope for

DBS Solutions (business analysis, functional configuration);

Coordinate the documentation of costs, deliverables, scope, assumptions, risks and issues in relation

with the solutions and services delivered to the company customers;

Supervises and ensures the definition and delivery of the technical and functional aspects of the

projects, in order to deliver solutions and associated documentation of the best quality;

Intervenes on projects where the balance between scope, cost and time constraints needs to be

addressed i.e. where these are off-balance relative to the quality expected and required;

Identifies capability gaps, without constraint (i.e. not limited to immediate function) and works with

respective parties (internal and external) to address these;

Serve as a Executive Sponsor in Functional Consulting;

Participate in customer facing meetings and assist the team in determining functional requirements

that will be used in developing and delivering the solutions;

Embraces change and continuously looks for sustainable improvements that enhance the team and

customer experience.

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

Advanced level English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience: At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (people manager, design

and delivery of technological solutions).

Experience in international projects is an advantage. Previous experience with ECM (Enterprise

Content Management), DMS (Document Management Systems), BPM (Business Process

Management), RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an advantage.
