Our client is a well-established professional organization seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth and development of its Business School and executive education programmes.

Job Overview

The Head of Business School will lead strategic planning, programme development, marketing, and business growth while expanding executive education offerings and establishing international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve Business School objectives and increase enrolments.
• Lead the development, promotion, and delivery of executive education programmes, including MBA programmes, postgraduate diplomas, and short courses.
• Identify market trends and industry needs to develop relevant and commercially viable programmes.
• Establish partnerships with international organizations, universities, and business schools.
• Introduce new courses and qualifications aligned with industry requirements.
• Oversee programme quality, curriculum relevance, and academic standards.
• Drive marketing and business development initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor enrolment trends, programme performance, and business outcomes.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, academic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate teams to ensure operational excellence and a positive learning experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree from a recognized university and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Preference for candidates holding an additional Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience** in a similar capacity.
• Experience managing or administering executive education programmes is preferred.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, programme development, business growth, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in higher education, executive education, professional training, or business school management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in IT and the use of technology to improve programme delivery.
• Excellent organizational, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
