Ready to explore, break barriers, and discover more? We know you’ve got big plans – so do we! Our colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich people’s lives with our solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet. That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.

Your Role:

As a strategic partner to the Head of Commercial Excellence, you'll own two core areas. First, you'll build and operationalize our Customer Experience governance framework across Advanced Solutions—designing consistent measurement and insights across five franchises. Second, you'll be the executive's right hand, translating Commercial Excellence priorities into action by coordinating across teams, representing capabilities to leadership, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

You'll balance structure with execution: establishing frameworks that work, while being the connector who brings strategy to life. Success means clear governance at the Advanced Solutions level, presentations that land, and alignment that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Governance & Implementation (25-50%)

  • Implement Life Science Customer Experience governance and reporting framework at the Advance Solutions level
  • Operationalize Customer Experience measurement requirements (CSAT/NPS) for the five integrated franchises while maintaining a consistent minimal framework
  • Ensure uniform Customer Experience metrics and reporting across franchises to enable consistent comparison and visibility at the Life Science level
  • Translate governance framework into franchise-level operating practices, ensuring simplified, outcome-oriented processes
  • Enable actionable Customer Experience insights at both Advance Solutions and Life Science levels

Business Planning & Implementation (50-75%)

  • Represent Commercial Excellence priorities and capabilities across the Life Science organization and at senior leadership forums
  • Ensure key Commercial Excellence projects progress effectively and efficiently, removing obstacles and keeping high-impact initiatives on track
  • Facilitate alignment and execution of Commercial Excellence priorities across the five integrated franchises
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication on Commercial Excellence priorities and outcomes
  • Develop executive presentations and briefing materials on Commercial Excellence performance, strategy, and initiatives
  • Work as a connector and coordinator with leaders responsible for data analytics, customer experience delivery, and franchise-level implementation, ensuring priorities are aligned and initiatives move forward

  • Program management expertise
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills—ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences
  • Ability to be a thoughtful thinking partner who can work through complex, ambiguous topics and challenge assumptions constructively
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills for accurate documentation, reporting, and executive presentations
